Deuteronomy 31:10-12

¹⁰ Then Moses commanded them, saying, “At the end of every seven years, at the time of ^(A)the year of the release of debts, at the ^(B)Feast of Booths, ¹¹ when all Israel comes ^(C)to appear before the Lord your God at ^(D)the place which He will choose, ^(E)you shall read this Law before all Israel ^[a]so that they hear it. ¹² Assemble the people, the men, the women, the children, and the stranger who is in your ^[b]town, so that they may hear and ^(F)learn and fear the Lord your God, and be careful to ^[c]follow all the words of this Law.
